Connectivity Issues – July 29, 2015

  • Reason:  Currently some MindTouch sites are experiencing connectivity issues. MindTouch Engineering is currently working to resolve this issue and we will update this thread again shortly.

Connectivity Issue – June 1, 2015

  • Reason: As of 8:12 p.m. GMT, MindTouch Engineering has now stabilized connectivity for all MindTouch sites. At approximately 7:30 p.m. GMT, some MindTouch sites were affected by slow responses, and in some cases timeouts.

    We are still investigating the root cause of this issue, and will update this blog again with further details at that time.

Connectivity Issue – May 20, 2015

  • Reason: MindTouch Engineering isolated an issue with an application server which caused some sites to temporarily display an offline warning. This issue is now resolved.

Reason: Our Engineering team was alerted to an issue at 11:15 a.m. PST which caused a few MindTouch sites to not respond. This issue has been resolved.

Impact: 12.5%

Connectivity Issue – April 08, 2014

  • Start Time:  04/08/2014 09:03 GMT
  • Reason: Unexpected maintenance to fix a critical SSL issue (CVE-2014-0160) Normally, maintenance is scheduled weeks in advance, though in this case our Engineering team needed to quickly resolve this issue to ensure continued security of SSL sessions.

Slowed Performance – February 10th, 2014

  • Length: 47 minutes
  • Start Time: 02/10/2014 16:19 GMT
  • Reason: At 17:06 GMT, the MindTouch Engineering team resolved an issue which caused slow performance, including timeouts in some cases, for 36% of MindTouch sites. While some sites saw slower load times during this timeframe, this issue did not affect the integrity of site data in any way.

  • Reason: Our Engineering team has fully addressed an issue which caused slowed performance for a small number of MindTouch sites today. This started at 23:07 GMT and may have caused timeout errors in some cases. This issue has now been fully resolved.
